Airbnb/Short Term Rental

Standard Turnover

Starting at $135.00

*Price will vary depending on number of beds, number of restrooms and common areas.

All Areas

  • Dust surfaces, window sill, and blinds. Clean and sanitize accessible flat surfaces (tables/countertops). Vaccum, sweep, and mop floors. Empty trash.

Kitchen

  • Clean and disenfect inside/out stove, microwave, and fridge. Replace trash bag, fridge, and coffee machines. Wipe out sink. Put dishes away.

Restroom

  • Scrubb toilet, shower and/or tub. Replace trash bag. Clean mirror.

Bedrooms 

  • Remove linens, replace sheets and pillow cases. Reset beds.

Deep Clean

*Starting At $235

Deep clean includes everything in the standard clean plus base boards, hand wiping window sills, light fixtures, behind and under furniture, cabinet doors, doors/door frames and backsplash walls.

Laundry Add On

Includes washing, drying, folding, and putting away.

Pressure Washing

*100.00

Pressure washing exterior of house. Includes driveway, entry way, and walk way.

Window Add On

*10.00-12.00 each depending on size of window pane

Inside only (see outside maintenance for outter windows). Includes track and sill.

Organization

*Starting at $200.00

Includes unboxing, removing and rearranging supplies, linen, personal items in a way that is most efficient. Removing any unwanted items and trashing any boxes/packaging.

Restocking Supplies

*$39.99 billed every two turnovers

Includes store trips to purchase items. Any items purchased must be reimbursed by host.

Toilet paper, paper towels, towels, laundry detergents, hand soap, shampoo, k-cups and trash bags. Will be restocked readily for guests use.

Damage Control

We do not charge for this. Here at BusyBz Cleaning Co. we believe that keeping 5 start ratings is top priority! This includes a thorough walk-through of the property. Assessing for damage, broken items, or alterations of any kind to property. Assessments will be documented, photographed, and communicated with the host if damage occurs.

Residential

Standard Clean

Starting at $125.00 

Price varies depending on number of rooms, number of restrooms and common areas.

All Areas

  • Dusting and sanitizing accessible surfaces, wiping high-touch points ( light switches, doorknobs) vacuuming carpets, sweeping and mopping hard floors, and emptying trash bins.

Kitchen

  • Clean and sanitize countertops, clean out sink, wiping the outside of appliances (fridge, oven, dishwasher), and cleaning interior and exterior of microwave. Dishes put away.

Bathrooms

  • Scrubbing and disinfectiong toilet (inside & out), cleaning bathtub/shower, wiping down vanity and sink, polishing fixtures and mirror.

Bedrooms 

  • Beds made and replace sheets if provided. 

Deep Clean

Starting at $225.00

Deep Cleans are recommended as a first and/or seasonal clean depending on how often our standard maintenance cleans occure. In order to gather any build up of dust and dirt throughout the home. Our deep cleans include everything in a standard clean plus more.

All Areas

  • Base boards, doors/door frames, window sills, and furniture drawers get hand wiped. 

Kitchen

  • Backsplash wiped, inside oven, stove moved and cleaned on both sides. Floor under and behind stove cleaned. Cabinet doors get wiped. Pantry shelves dusted and cleaned.

Add Ons

  • Inside of fridge (includes the removing & input of all food items) drawers and shelves removed and cleaned.
